"Fabulous stay , I enjoyed this part of the trip the most . The hotel allowed early check in and upgraded my room . The room was fabulous, spacious and has everything I needed. The onsen was free with my trip and was fabulous . I had a great Christmas here . It was quiet in the tenth floor . Hotel is in a good location , fabulous staff , I couldn’t have asked for a better stay . Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here . Nice little gym and pool and convenient shop on the premises was truly fantastic . "
