"Room description far better than in reality. Only fit for people living from small suitcase. 4 coat hangers. Drawers not big enough for a folded shirt. Winter jumped ..no way. 3 tea bags only. I 2cm diameter piece of soap, .... everything mean and penny pinching. Bathroom nothing special. Fire door open on 2nd floor on Saturday evening! "

"Great family friendly but luxury concept. Many staff members went above and beyond and were v friendly. some were a little lacking in enthusiasm. We were served plastic straws (not requested) with cokes which I thought was illegal now? Be great if there were more sides (vegetable) options on kids menu. "

"Staff was helpful and the room was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were fine. I’m sure it had nothing to do with the hotel, but there was an absolute terrible stench outside when we arrived, it could actually still be smelled in the room. It eventually died down but never went away"

"We booked the one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Having the hotel facilities like the bar, restaurant and breakfast on hand, you still have the option of a fully functional kitchen, lounge to relax and watch TV (World Cup Rugby in our case) and a private terrace to sit out on. Perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Amazing staff!"

"Very quick to assist when requiring assistance when we needed the heating on and another cup. Found the traffic noisy as the double glazing did not keep the noise out very well"

"Cosy room, comfortable bed. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Good choice of breakfasts especially plentiful full English. Alpacas and chickens on site was nice. A well situated place from which to explore Purbeck area and coastline. Would visit again without question."
