"If arriving by car, beware. Two lanes of taxi rank in front of hotel. No where for us to park. Had to find a public car park, then walk to hotel to check in. Staff advised us to park just off footpath then unload bags from car. Then given instructions of hotel accredited car park which is a 8 minute walk away. If arriving by train, no worries, as station opposite hotel. Think that hotel website could give forward warnings of car parking situation in advance."

"Very modern hotel with all the expected facilities. Breakfast is good but expensive- booking the night before will save you 5CHF per person. The room was good but not exceptional but met all our requirements. The hotel is located an easy 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich (No 2 tram). Overall a comfortable three night stay."

"Couldn't have a better location; adjacent to old town and downtown. Clean and fragrance-free. No concierge but receptionists were helpful. The room was small but adequate; the bed was wedged between the outside wall and the bathroom wall, so I had to literally climb onto the bed from the foot of the bed; good water pressure in the shower; bus to/from the airport stops two blocks from the hotel; no ramp for suitcases at hotel entrance-need to lift the suitcases up a few stairs.
