Bed half done, towels strewn across bathroom, bed pillows looked like they had been slept on, no coffee refills. When raised with reception, we were told they could do nothing about it. Worst Ramada experience. "

Easy to drive around and get what you need rather than being in congested and crowded Queenstown."
