"Hotel handy for Emerald Park. Grand for families for an overnight. However breakfast wasn’t of a four star standard and the cleanliness of hotel/ swimming pool was not up to scratch/ what you would expect of four star hotel - pool changing area unclean ( at 8am in the morning, so only going to get worse) and the floors around reception were not cleaned / tidy early morning which is when you would expect it to be at its cleanest. "

Staff are great ,food was really good and even though breakfast was self service it was lovely plenty to choose from, hot food cereals etc. Room we stayed in was a big room only thing is a bit dated but clean tidy. Our first time staying here and we will definitely stay here again."

"Good hotel, large bedroom with walk in shower and quality towels in bathroom. Not much of a view from bedroom but very comfortable. Breakfast pretty good with range of fruit, cereal, continental and cooked options. There is also a supermarket next door for a great range of additional essentials."
