"Nice hotel in a quiet spot, bar & restaurant were quite nice, food was excellent. Service was pretty poor, mainly because of how slow the checkout was. Rooms were also very small, cramped and far too hot, and it was only 20°!"

"Very good hotel with helpful staff, nice quiet surroundings for a run or bike ride. Family room with separate bedroom was a plus! Small but functional gym. Possible to charge the car another plus. Great restaurant with fresh food and that extra touch, even had wild boar. Everything felt like a higher standard than we payed for 😄"

"The hotel is located very well--near most of the stores and even a small walking trail. However there is no A/C and we had an unusually warm October stay--also they need to invest in screens doors--they do have them on the window--but only on one window per room. We were told that it was an unusually high amount of mosquitos this year but still--there are a lot of insects every year. They did move us from our first room to another that faced the back which was much quieter and cooler--perhaps...

"This was our fourth stay at this hotel. It has changed hands over last several years but has changed very little in its nice and quaint historic appearance. Breakfast was good. A lack of air conditioning during the visit caused some discomfort, but higher temperatures were unexpected. This hotel is located within walking distance of most trail areas (and there are a lot of trail areas). "
