The downside to the hotel was the indoor pool was very small and had a cover over it so couldnt be used and the bar consisted of a couple of bottles of spirits. We were told that the hotel was full and that we could not move until the next night. The process of moving was made as difficult as possible and at no point did we feel that the staff took our request seriously- we were left with the impression that we were an inconvenience.
