Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

Property generally good, needs a bit of TLC in parts. Paid extra for a sea view that was blocked by palm trees 🌴. Breakfast good but a bit chaotic.

Bar on the roof was not staffed. Check in took an incredibly long time even with only 1-2 people in line to check in. The room was overall good, I liked the separated toilet from shower design. Pool deck was well maintained and large. Many doors and elevators squeaked very loudly and for a long time. They seemed to be ready for lublication service.

"The property was very well looked after and had obviously been cleaned well before we arrived. Everything you could need is there, good quality and in good working order. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment and would not hesitate to return."
