The staff are great from the reception met Mr Abdallah who addressed our needs. Amr supervise second floor room cleaning and supply who is also great. Has 4 restaurants a la carte. The best one is Vida Latino has Sea food, very delicious and provide you with shawarma cut fresh at your table under the service of Abonob who is a pro in service. The beach shuttle every one hour takes 10 minutes, large area to swim white sand and they provide you with drinks, beer and snacks right from the beach bar. The food in general is very good but we recommend adding a bit of spicy flavor or medium salt as some meals contain nothing, not even salt. We had 2 rooms for 2 days that we enjoyed it to the full and what really touched us is that at the check out they provided us with lunch bag, fruits & water for each person.
