"Very good"

"Hotel itself was great, amazing lobby with retro arcade games, pool table. Rooms were warm and had to keep the window open as the aircon is centrally controlled and is set to 23 degrees which is too warm for us. The are plenty of places to eat nearby and not a far walk out to Prague 1"

"Very convenient to metro station. Only 10 min away from city center on metro. Nice hotel with all the facilities, next door to a shoping mall , lots if food choices. ."

"The location was great. I was able to walk and explore the city very easily. Train station is close, Charles bridge, restaurants all easy to access. "

"Comfortable and convenient "

"My wife and I stayed at the Hermitage for 4 nights in April 2024. We were very impressed with the hotel. Our room (superior) was very large with a nice sitting area with 2 soft comfortable chairs and a desk and chair well away from the bed. The bed was very comfortable although the duvet could have been slightly bigger. The bathroom was excellent with a very powerful walk-in shower, good supply of hot water and nice soft towels. The buffet breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good...

"This hotel is off the beaten path and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shopping mall across the street and many dining options. The hotel’s restaurant is very good with extremely attentive staff. The only observation are unruly guests that run in the hallways and slam doors disturbing other guests’ rest. Some seemed like unsupervised young children. Maybe there is an opportunity for the hotel to better monitor and control this."

"Hotel Savoy was a great find. Walkable to Charles Bridge, or there was a tram stop right outside the door (the historical tram also stops here) Room was a good size, with lovely comfy bed and hot shower. Breakfast plentiful, and staff were helpful and friendly."
