"I like the complimentary shuttle service. However, it wasn't always available at a moment's notice. The wait would have been 15 min. Too much cash spent on tipping. The 5 days we stayed were records breaking temperatures, so shuttle service was nice. The front desk staff were all very friendly. Requests for extra hangers and housekeeping service were courteous and prompt. 2 complementary water bottles each day were provided. "Great family resort - it isn’t as “upscale” as some other resorts but the staff is the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the pools and beach are great. I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee)."

"Beautiful location overlooking Sanibel Harbor. Sunset was gorgeous. Staff was very attentive and food was very good. The view is the best thing, the water so peaceful, mangroves filled with birds, and of course, the unforgettable sunset and red sky."
