The whole booking and stay was more prepared than a trip normally booked from an travel agency. Easy to get in contact with hosts. There was also alot of extra treats upon arrival - a pizza and welcome basket - perfect for us, we arrived late and was hungry. The hosts of the villa visited a few times per week just to check...
