"I’m torn about this place because the hotel and the food itself was fantastic. They opened much too early to catch the season and the staff was not properly trained. Walked in, management and staff didn’t even say welcome or provide some sort of welcome drink or information upon entering (as expected by 5+ star hotel). "Awful parking. Very pretentious hotel. A lot of building work around property. No table in room. Cannot use the pool before 10:30am and after 5/6pm. No shuttle service to/from town. Staff helpful where they can be. No real area to wind down/relax aside from room before and after those hours. Spa is incredible."
