"The staff that cleaned the rooms were excellent but the response from the spa manager Ryan leaves a lot to desire we had booked a massage and paid £80 for it explaining that we were only there for 4 nights when we turned up for the massage they could not find any record of the booking when they did finally find the booking it was for a week later the staff explained that the manager had to pass the refund when he finally got in touch with me I got no apology no sorry for the inconvenience this caused as it was for a special gift to my wife’s sister on her birthday and retirement only wanted my bank details for the refund which would take 5-7 days all in all quite a disappointing few days also pool cold and hot tub out of order for our full stay"

"Nice area with easy access to adult beverage and food venues, property needs some TLC, breakfast and staff good. A bit surprised by cost, but I guess the proximity to St Andrews makes it that much more desirable..!"
