Lots of great walks start from near the hotel, including the UNESCO walking trail throughout the Wachau. Great restaurant - and the wine is great. I can recommend the flammkuchen with their Pinot noir! "

"Very close to St Pölten, very friendly staff, clean, stayed here while exploring the Wachau Valley area. Krems to Melk. The location of this hotel was fantastic, Short drive to places to eat, the staff was even willing to cook for us. Breakfast was great and included. "

"The room bathrooms are rediculous. and that is putting it mildly. it makes no sense to have a window from the bed area straight into the bath room. if someone is using the bath room in the middle of the night, the other person is awakened. The bath room door is foolish. there is not enough space in the bath room. Truly, wnomever designed the bathroom must have been on drugs. The rest of the room was not much better. No place to put luggage. the furnishings were cheap and weird. The spa and...

"The room and furniture was outdated and needed maintaining especially the bed was terrible to sleep in since the mattress extremely soft. Bottom line I slept in the car and just used the bathroom and was very happy to leave!"
