"All staff from the valets being polite and opening the entrance doors to the concierge checking me in/out to them swiftly providing toothpaste with 2 extra toothbrushes because I forgot mine...anyone traveling to DC, this property & it's staff will not disappoint."

Me and husband complained about this 3 times and the maintenance man insisted that it worked, it was 74 in the room, we turned it down to 62, it never cooled down! We were offered a fan as the other rooms were sold out. The maintenance man was very rude! Not sure if I will be back, it was a nice hotel though. "

"It was a very cozy boutique hotel; lots of charm! The staff was very friendly and approachable. If I had one minor issue it would be the in-room coffee was not good at all. Cafe Valet needs to retire! Luckily, there was a great coffee place a few doors down from the hotel. My husband and I would definitely stay there again."
