"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "Location is excellent, the hotel is good, but the price is high. Parking in the hotel garage is very limited, parking places are very small and is very expensive (15€/day) and it not included."

"One night stay. Lovely lady checked us in. Nice spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. Room was very pleasant. Only thing we found was no spoon or milk to make a coffee although there was coffee and sugar. No internet signal on Andorra but hotel WiFi was great! Definitely stay again."

"The stay was in a nice location. Great views. The staff was nice but needs to be more organized when having a booking. Also when you ask for something needed to go a few times to the Reception because nothing arrived on the room. The restaurant was supposedly a one star Michellin, the service and food was not up to par. The parking needs to have more explaining on the terms and conditions. But overall it was nice. "

"Location is great, just 1 minute to the Gondola station, ski rental shop and supermarket. Quite surprised there is No fridge, no kettle, no cups/ glasses in the room. But they gave us 2 kid kits with slippers and toiletries, super nice in this area. Breakfast is excellent!!! Full of food selection. However, the hotel group restaurants are not really good in food choice and needs reservation ( it’s better to book a table otherwise needs to wait) All the staff were very helpful and friendly...

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "The staff was wonderful and very helpful! They had a kids club with childcare and a free shuttle to the ski resort. The shopping center wasn’t too far either. We prepaid for breakfast and we were pleased with the selection of food. "
