"Pros: Excellent location near the central market, tons of cafes and supermarkets, and around a charming square. Property has high ceilings, excellent natural light and is cheerful, Nidia at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Code based entry excellent idea and does not require carryng around a card. What can be improved: The effective space is not very much, there's quite a bit of lost space due to long-ish passages and crannies; perhaps some furniture or storage could be added to...
