"Property was nice, staff were excellent. Pillows were too squishy, if you are a medium or firm pillow person take your own. Soft pillow people will love it. "

"I really enjoyed staying here. Although it’s an older building with old fashion furniture, there was so much room. It was the first spacious place I stayed at. Bathroom was nice and having an in-suite laundry and dryer really did it for me. The are felt safe and is very walkable. You have everything from bars to restaurants to shopping to groceries. The only thing I would say is that if you’re into clubbing, you’re about 15min drive from the action so if that’s your thing, keep this in mind....

"Usually this hotel is pretty good, however, this round there is some construction happening opposite the hotel, and it was a bit noisy during early morning."

"Room was nice and exactly what we needed for 1 night. Lots of work going on in buildings and roads around the property, but with the doors shut it blocked out most of the noise which was great for a light sleeper. Walking distance to Southbank parklands which was good for dinner. Would stay again if I'm ever in Brisbane."

"Love this hotel and have stayed many times. Unfortunately our room had a shower over the bath which we’ve never had before when staying, always walk in shower. This was difficult for my husband due to knee problems. Suggest checking if this may also be difficult for you. When mentioned to reception at check out we were told they would have changed our room if we had told them. "
