"Very nicely located at the arrival of the cable car, 3 minutes by foot, no noise, brand new hotel. You can start skiing from there. Just huge and crowdy. Though I stayed 4 nights, I had to change room after 1 night because of different customer name and the other room was much smaller. Funny meal ordering system, but convenient."

The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. "Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support. "

"I went with a friend for a ski weekend. The hotel has a shuttle bus that runs up and down and they were very quick when we called them to come pick us up. The rooms are very nicely appointed, large and comfortable. My only pointer to management would be that the staff at the check-in desk are pretty clueless. I think they are mostly trainees. On arrival they checked me into a room that is no longer being used for guests, ie it had no curtains etc. When I left in the morning and tried...
