"My daughter and I only stayed for one night. I felt it was clean and safe. Make sure you ask for their parking card to be able to park in Netto’s parking garage. It’s really right there. There’s a nice cafe around the corner to eat at."

Bar/restaurant in the evening - the staff need to engage with guests. The bar was often unattended, and staff seemed to hide in the kitchen. "This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German. Not worth 4 stars if you ask me."
