"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. Every room in the hotel has a view of the mountains and a balcony . The swimming pool and spa area was very good - the outdoor jacuzzi offers a mountain view.
