Nice location, staff and rooms

Brand new hotel with private beach

Very nice experience all in good service

It is allways a pleasure to keep coming back to your hotel

Amazing place. Staff are excellent especially Winston at breakfast. All the staff from receptionists, valet guys, restaurant staff, the pool are all amazing. The rooms are clean and spacious, the atmosphere inside and outside the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. It will be nice though if more English speaking channels are made available. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to go back.

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! I know the hotel doesn't want to be a 5 star but I've been to 5 star hotels in UAE and this tops most of them. The hotel has all the facilities you can want and everything such as food and drink is reasonably priced. You get value for your money here. The rooms are...

We stayed at this hotel on the 6th of January for 10 nights and it was a marvellous stay. Perfectly located in a nice area with good sound proofing. Behind the hotel is the Al wahda shopping complex with its great supermarket which has a bonus of selling hot food at reasonable prices. Right in front of the Al Rawda hotel is a bus stop and taxi pickup/drop off point. Fares are cheap and drivers are well experienced. Above all we felt safe and comfortable in Abu Dhabi.

Our family vacation in Abu Dhabi was a comfortable experience thanks to this hotel. The service is very prompt and the people are friendly. It is a good value-for-money proposition. It is close to the Abu Dhabi Mall and a range of restaurants. It is also well connected to all the touristy area and both the YAS entertainment area and the airport are 30 minutes away. Worth every penny.

Nasir - amazing front of house Omida- always polite and helpful Mohammed porter - always huge smile super helpful Shamila at breakfast- always paying attention

Faultless.

Staff were friendly at all places from reception to restaurant staff at breakfast to cleaning ladies - all excellent the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it Room (Suite) was spacious - lots of room Breakfast was great- staff were so friendly there too

Great location, comfortable beds and excellent customer service. We had an apartment and particular recognition should be given to the Housekeeper, whose name was May, for ensuring that our stay was comfortable and in providing an exceptional level of customer care.

The hotel is a perfect base from which to explore Abu Dhabi. Can find no fault with hotel. Staff helpful. Rooms kept spotless. Two bottles of water left in room daily. Did not eat often in hotel as daughter who is working in Abu Dhabi had organised places to go day and night. There is plenty to see and do. A shop that sells most things you might need is at the front door. Abu Dhabi is well spread out but this is not a negative statement as the layout design is impressive. Taxis are extremely...

All the facilities with good quality cafe and restaurant
