"This was one of the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The 13th century property was renovated with exquisite taste to modern standard. The restaurant, pool, and service were 5-star. "It was our first time in the area and we chose the hotel based only on the map and photos we found online. The hotel has a beautiful and quiet location in the mountains, away from any traffic. We slept with all windows wide open and woke up to the sound of a running river and singing birds. This was topped off by a wonderful German/Austrian breakfast buffet. You can walk to the cable car and spend your day on the mountain top.
