About this property

Architect's house Karersee, view of rose garden, Latemar and western Alps

  • Stylish and modern living at 1,700 meters above 4 floors in the award-winning architect house "Schönes Wohnen" 1984.
    Accommodation for summer and winter.
    The kitchen was completely renewed in 2019 and brought up to the state of the art including all electronic devices.
    All permanently installed lamps in the house were LED or Energy saving lamps changed.
    Parking is also possible for cars with a roof box below the house.
