Ensure to enter the number of people you plan to have with you while booking, otherwise you might get surprising surcharges. I checked online and could have gotten the same rate I paid if I entered the right amount of people. "We only stayed for one night however the hotel was lovely. Small boutique hotel right on the beach with lovely pool. You can access the beach and do snorkelling to see turtles and can walk up to the coconut trees. Approx 5 minutes in a tuk tuk to mirissa for a very small fare. Hotel staff went above and beyond for everything we needed. The WiFi worked however wasn’t strong enough in our room for us to fill in our visa for Malaysia so they put a router in our room! "It’s odd that the main concern here is asking travellers to pay for their stay the moment they arrive/walk back in to the property/constantly. Payment on check-put is the norm and it’s strange to continually stay in places like this in Sri Lanka where they’re just obsessed with money. We’re all going to pay you for our stays - that’s normal. Please just let us be here and enjoy and pay on departure - which is standard. "
