"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"I don't have time to write the book but basically it's a bad hotel. What the hotel and booking agents don't tell you is that it's a Club Med 8 to 16 hotel. The first room we were given was so small that one could not walk around the end of the bed. The second room was larger. The breakfast was very poor. Tinned fruit salad, corn flakes or muesli followed by stale croissant. With no laid tables and the need to find your own cutlery. Next day more of the same but no fruit salad. The stale...
