The staff - only at the reception one man is speaking Czech, others - no Czech, no English, nothing. Breakfast - very poor, no cutlers, no tea cups, a disaster. On the 2nd day, in the evening when we tried to take a shower there was no hot water, by mistake staff turned off the hot water for our room :D .... so we had to wait :D ...
