Amazing. Gorgeous property. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely hosts

Beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Great price including a wonderful breakfast.

Very friendly hosts, family room was very good and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was amazing and set us all up for a day at York maze. Would highly recommend and the location was quite good to. Onsite parking at the back was really good 👍

Everything marvelous except parking a slight problem.

Fantastic hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, great location with car parking, my only issue was the bed being too soft but I have chronic back pain, other than that an excellent stay

Great location, immaculate and comfortable room, great food, friendly staff, very good parking. We'll definitely be back!

We had a 4 night stay to celebrate my birthday. What a beautiful place the Burtonstone inn is. A moden pub with 8 letting rooms. All the rooms are 1st floor with ensuite. Some have extra beds for kids to share. All are well thought out with nice modern touches. Water , tea, coffee, etc. Hair drier , tv and free wifi. Are all provided. The owners and staff are very friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. 10/15 minutes walk to city center and its many interests, sites , shops...

Position is ideal. Nice and quiet and a perfect vacation.

Nice room, really clean, big TV and great shower. Bed was a bit low, but otherwise room was excellent. Great location to explore York. Would happily stay here again.

Nice welcome.Great room (no 4).Good hearty breakfast.Good location just outside city wall.Nice real ale bar.Free carpark.

Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the bar was great for a nightcap.

Great location and price. Full of character very welcoming and comfy. Considering the age of the building they have managed the space and updated the hotel with modern facilities. Personal touches of tea coffee and biscuits and toiletries, hairdryer etc. Included breakfast was fresh and good in choice of cereals fresh fruit toasts jams and many varieties of cooked breakfasts to your liking.
