"The staff were all excellent in trying to help in and out of the room. The room was very clean and I extended my stay to the same room which they helped to do this. The refridgerator did not work at all, when I called the front desk, he was changing shifts in 30 minutes so he told me to wait . That staff came to my room 30 minutes total of 1 hour, checked it asked if I wanted yo change rooms, it was then 11:30 pm ready for bed . i said no he said wait he would send a new refridgerator the next day, which didn’t happen. I had food that spoiled due to this. He said put it into their refridgerator at front desk, which was not convenient at all. Disabled and to go 4 floors was not a great resolution. At check out I asked did they know about this and said “ no”. I was there 3 nights and I do feel this could have been taken care of ASAP. It seems there are not workers at night that do this but the customer still has to pay for the price of this. I have stayed at this hotel before where bedding was to be changed and after hours The front desk person came to do it as no others workers . This was the real only issue I had. ."
