"Excelente service, only stay one night but we were so happy with the hotel. The only criticism is that the shower door did not close properly so some water came out when taking a shower. The floor around the shower cubicle was damage, so I’m guessing it’s being like that for a while. But we really recommend the hotel and we hope to stay again next time we are in the city. "

"A very warm welcome at the ArtHotel when we arrived from the ferry - we’d requested a parking garage space for our bike and reception could not have been more helpful with advice about the locality and a town map. Our room was modern and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and also freshness & hygiene. We will definitely stay again. We loved the quirky modern art styling throughout the hotel and were delighted to meet Manolo, the hotel cat."

"Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm."

"Clean and comfortable hotel for a one night's stay. It's a very small hotel without reception past 9pm. Everything was great with the room and I really appreciated the water and snacks available without charge. The only thing I found strange was that they were reluctant to let me in at any point before 3pm, I was waiting in the lobby at 230 and it seemed that only once the clock struck 3 would I be allowed in. I had an activity that afternoon and wasn't able to get in for the first time till 8....

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Stayed here for 1 night after arriving on ferry at Santander it’s about 20 mins drive away from Santander but worth the drive. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area near to the sea and amenities. We had 2 dogs the hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were perfect for us spacious clean with ample toiletries.
