"This is a beautiful, modern, well designed and spotlessly clean apartment just a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. I've sadly had to give 4 stars instead of 5, as we were very unlucky that we were allocated an apartment just inside the entrance, next to the access and lift. Externally, people and cars were passing within inches of our windows. This meant the curtains had to be permanently closed, so we had no idea what the weather was like outside. "The room was very small overall. The bed was comfortable. The only window was a small sky light. This particular room is not pictured on the hotel website. Breakfast was good. We added parking and I must say the access to the parking garage was somewhat difficult to find and a bit nerve wracking to navigate through the garage as it was so narrow! Overall, a good one night stay at an appropriate price."

"Very convenient to the Plaza Major & every thing else in the vicinity. There is plenty to see & do. I could have stayed longer, sadly I couldn’t. Hotel needs a some updating but the price & convenience out weighs the minor negatives. Nice & friendly staff. Some rooms are very small & bathtubs are very high. Not enough grab bars in shower area. I still recommend staying there."

"Nice hotel but had trouble getting into room with key pass. this happened repeatably. Shower base fall meant water kept running into bathroom. This can be fitted by running a strip along edge of base. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff."
