"Staff excellent. Room very small and lacked basic storage for clothes after unpacking. One bedside light not working. Really nice location. Would use again if a bigger room was available. Did not eat in."

"Staff absolutely terrific. Breakfast all you can eat for three hours with a lot of possibilities. Endless teas/coffee/juices. Only a fifteen minute walk into downtown Deauville. Next to two supermarkets, a steakhouse & a Chinese restaurant before even walking into Touques. If I could give 10 stars, it would not be enough!!!"

"The ambiance of the hotel was nice. The front desk was friendly and the room was not too small. It was close to the beautiful boardwalk and to the fish market. I would stay there again. "

"Reception English was extremely limited, which was of course our problem. Parking provided was extremely confusing and involved my husband climbing out to move a big metal bar. Perhaps written English instructions would be useful. The sound of trickling water (radiators) was very difficult to sleep with. They however did find my kindle to return to us, which we are extremely thankful for."

"Advertised as dog friendly however dogs are not allowed in the restaurant so no dinner or breakfast available unless you wanted to be put in a back room and told your dog mustn’t make any noise. Mildew in shower. No refill of milk or coffee unless room cleaning paid for."
