"Big and lovely with curved windows. Modern bathroom. A little different you check in on a computer rather than with a person, but it worked OK. Unfortunately, I was hoping our room would have a refrigerator and a teapot. Parking underneath the hotel is €16. Easy to get to when we came in to town, which was great because we didn’t have Internet to find it"

"Because of train delays I wasn't sure if I would arrive at the hotel before reception closed. I phoned them to check and they were very helpful and sent me a door code for after hours access. In the event I was about 10 minutes late and someone was still there and gave me a very friendly welcome, which did a lot to alleviate the misery of a stressful journey! "The hotel has a great terrace with a beautiful view of the valley towered by a castle and surrounded by vineyards. The room was fine and clean and there is a good restaurant. The castle can be reached by a few min walk through vineyards. Highly recommended. "
