"Wonderful place in the heart of Rothenburg. Easy parking about 2 blocks away, but you can unload luggage in front of the hotel. Breakfasts were amazing!!! We also had dinner there twice and they were wonderful. Staff was very pleasant and super helpful. We were able to store our luggage after checkout and leave our car in the lot while we explored town. Only potential negative for some people is no elevator. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"A great hotel and we had a great room with a balcony. Sabine at reception is a star too. The restaurant was very nice as well. We only had the one day and night there, about right if you're visiting the castles (book them in advance as they get sold out). I'm sure there's lots of hiking around if that is your idea of fun. The crowds during the day were much more than we expected - though we were there on Ascension Day so we probably should have guessed. "

"The room was small, but charming. It was perfectly fine for what we needed. Very conveniently located just a couple of blocks from the city center, where we found shopping and dining. The bathroom needed some upgrades - water pressure, water temperature were a bit of a miss and the hand-held shower head was leaking!"
