Fabulous stay , will definitely be back

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. First morning at breakfast it was a little disappointing, we went down at 9am and the buffet was basically gone! We went down earlier the next couple of days and it was so much better. Room was perfect, and the area was great.

The Annex was a peaceful location with views across the hills. It’s a convenient location for the Eden Project and the beaches around St Austell. The annex is a good base and has a home from home feel. John the host is very friendly and welcoming.

Nice location, dog-friendly hotel, great cafe with delicious breakfast and brunch menu. Walking distance to the beach.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly.

This is a great place to stay, the room we booked was a family room and had a king size and two singles plus a sofa and table in the living area so lots of room. The bathroom had a bath and excellent separate shower. The staff were really friendly and the pub itself busy with great food at attractive prices. An excellent cooked breakfast was also included, all for just over £100. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Cosy set up , and reasonably priced , Parking was nearby . Would definitely stay again .

Lovely hotel. We stayed in a room in the building next to the hotel. Had a lovely evening meal one night. Nice breakfast but the only niggle was that they did run out of a couple of items ar our last breakfast

What a great place to stay - a real home from home. Excellent hosts - Paul and Chantelle could not have made us feel more welcome. Very clean, good breakfast, great location, parking - everything we needed and more.

Had a very large room - king bed and sofa, chairs, plenty of drawer space and a nice bathroom. Good variety of drinks available in the room. Food was very good, all home cooked. Replacement of toiletries was a slight problem but new staff were employed in this area during our stay and everything was fine after that. The proprietors we very welcoming and kind, nothing too much trouble, as were the evening restaurant staff. Very good experience.

Amazing staff and location - a bit tired inside but maybe that’s because we came at the end of the summer season?

Everything about Boscastle House is just right. The house is spotless with much attention to detail. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and served in a very pleasant dining room by Dawn. We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Wow! I really couldn’t recommend staying here enough! A short walk down to the harbour. Beautiful views! The place itself was stunning. So clean. The beds were super comfy and the host was so lovely. We have really had a lovely weekend. Can’t Thankyou enough!
