"Quiet, nice good staff"

"I have stayed at this hotel several time as it is my favorite hotel in Cali. The view from the room is beautiful and is a constant reminder of being on vacation. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has amazing food and nightlife. All of the staff is polite and attentive. Traveling in taxi to nearby restaurants or attractions is inexpensive and convenient as the hotel is close to everything. "

"The rooms were clean, you can smell the cleanliness. AC and WIFI were good. We made an unplanned stop in Cali on our way to Cartagena. We only spent two nights at the hotel. It was decent for our short stay as we only needed a clean room to sleep. The hotel is located on a main street. The staff was friendly."

"Loved that they provided an excellent breakfast and service was excellent. Didn’t like that they don’t provide blankets on the bedding and only provide one towel per guest. The property is nice but their bathrooms need some TLC. "
