"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"First of all, I would like to mention that the host / owner Beth is one of the most caring, generous and helpful people I have met. The chalet is situated in a beautiful & picturesque area with a fully equipped kitchen and all amenities you can ask for. The only thing that needs to be taken care of by tourists that there is not much public transport, grocery stores or restaurants in that place so carry your groceries to cook at the chalet and you should have your own vehicle. "We absolutely loved our stay at the Royston. We both opted in for the 3 course dinner and the food was excellent. Worth staying in a wet Welsh evening. We really appreciated how as a dog friendly establishment they cater for our dog. Treats in a room and lots of fuss. Lovely small touches like fresh homemade cookies in the room , great full cooked fry up in the morning. Great sized room , with en suite . "
