2/10 Terrible

"From the outside looking in, the property looked really nice. When we checked in, the toilet didn't work. The front desk said the maintenance person was gone but they could bring me a plunger. They never did. When we went to take a shower in the morning, we noticed blood stains on the bathroom walls. Front desk staff argued with me stating that it wasn't blood. Finally they sent a housekeeper up who confirmed that it looked like blood. After speaking to 5 different people, I finally spoke to a "manager" who was VERY rude. I was told that the property manager would reach out and they never did. We will NEVER stay here again."

"The lady at the front tried to charge me for a night plus the deposit without telling me. She told me the amount on the screen was the deposit and I clocked her on it. She ended up saying it’s because she couldn’t find my reservation although she never once asked me for my confirmation number. I was baffled."
