10/10 Excellent
"Great location for when I ran a half marathon to get to the main city along the waterfront. Hotel staff were very helpful and attentive although cleaning services weren’t the best and our beds were barely made up. The surrounding area unfortunately did have some homeless people around, especially at night but we had no issues with them. Hotel is a bit old/dated, but overall location and staff made up for it."

"First off, we loved the location and close walkable proximity to the marina and waterfront shops. The town of Gibsons is so quaint and beauty and has such a lovely music and arts scene. All of the people we encountered were lovely and helpful. Our room at Gibsons Landing was tastefully decorated, bright and spacious with lots of natural light. The bed was comfy and firm with crisp high-quality cotton linens. Although we didn’t use it, the kitchen was modern and new and well laid out as was the bathroom. We had a hard time finding a place off the floor to perch our suitcases, as we wanted the coffee table free to place our drinks, etc., but that was just a minor issue. Our only real complaint was that there was construction directly under our window and constant noise, dust and beeping from the time we checked in until sunset and again first thing in the morning, so we could not enjoy the lovely balcony and view of the water. When I brought this up to management they were truly sympathetic and understanding, and offered to give us a discount on the room. Overall, it was a very lovely inn and we will mostly definitely plan to stay there again and will recommend it to our friends and family."
