"Excellent breakfast & staff very accomadating & friendly....... Thats were it ends. Hotel needs a good overall. When we arrived 5pm our allocated room was not made up, the reception staff were lovely allocated a different room. Again this had not been made up! Third room toilet seat came off in our hands. Forth room allocated on ground floor over looking the bin compound but couldnt be bothered to complain again!! Went down to get food website states restaurant open only to find only bar food available which was not the best!! Come to eventually going to bed, my side of the bed was so uncomfortable literally felt like the springs were coming through the matteress. As someone with a chronic illneess this left me in severe pain & lack of sleep makes symptoms worse! What should have been a relaxing time away resulted in us having to come home early."

"Disappointed that we had 2 rooms the same booked One was a lovely room with a large tv soft bed The other very hard bed & sparce Got moved to a family room like a dormitory Wifi didn't work at all Reception/restaurant bar was in another building so as Im disabled I had to drive too "

"The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The room was nice and the location great. It is nice to be close to Morrisons grocery store as you can pick up whatever you need there. "

"I had stayed here previously a few years ago and was surprised to find how run down this hotel was. The layout of reception etc… had changed now requiring going up and down lots of stairs. Our beds had seen better days. The paint was peeling off our bathroom door and the television unit. The shower was freezing and shot water all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was welcome to the 70’s era. Stale cornflakes and tinned mandarins. My husband ordered Eggs Benedict off the made to order menu and the eggs were rock solid. Totally inedible. We won’t be returning. "

"I was using the Park just as a base so would not be fair to comment further on it as a holiday venue, that said there were lots of happy faces, everyone seemed occupied with events of an evening. Child and dog friendly with the former having their own entertainment programme. My mobile home was clean, well equipped for what I needed and I could park outside the accommodation. As I say it was a base and I went out every day, didn't use any of the facilities aside from the bar for a beer and snack and that was good quality and reasonably priced. Staff at reception were helpful and there is a shop on site that, given it has a closed market, seemed very reasonable and well stocked. I had a fun even though I am not sure I was there so to do!"
