"Great location for a weekend trip, less than 5 minutes from the entrance of Kep National Park (where you can go for a nice hike), and a 10 minute walk to the local crab market where there are lots of good seafood restaurants. The hotel is a 10-minute tuk tuk ride to the dock where boats take you to Rabbit Island. The hotel is small, has a bar and serves a simple breakfast but has no restaurant. "This hotel has beautiful waterfront. The room is simple. The top of the room has wooden space let air go it. There is net on top of the bed. Since I didn't hear any mosquitos, I didn't put net down. I did use the fan all night. The following day I have 50+ mosquito bites on my face and body. These mosquitos are small and don't know noisy. I guess you have to use net. People work here are super nice. "
