"Absolutely the best customer service we've ever experienced in Cambodia. The staff is so friendly and treats you like a guest should be treated (i.e. they never walk out in front of you, they always step aside and allow you to walk by, they greet you with a warm smile, they always ask of you need anything vs allowing you to wander around aimless and lost, etc...). "Nice hotel. Good clean pool. Overall good condition but a bit more attention to cleaning and upkeep would vastly improve the hotel( it was clean but some areas could be better). Only thing not good was having to pay for coffee at breakfast if you did not want bitter local brew. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great stay at the Rikitikitavi. Here, you’ll find comforts that can often be hard to find in Cambodia; a working and reliable air conditioning, soft fresh towels, soft fresh bed sheets, super clean bathrooms and bright lights in the bathroom so you can see what you’re doing!! The staff is very helpful and attentive and speaks English! The restaurant has amazing food and you can’t beat the service here! Also, the location is fabulous! Enjoy a walk to almost everywhere you want to go, there’s restaurants galore to choose from and if you don’t want to walk, there’s plenty of tuk tuk close by. Highly recommended! "
