The common space are big, in the shades most of the time and well maintained. The food was unexpectedly great, like really really good. The room was good, with everything needed to have a good night. Far enough out of downtown to be quiet, but close enough to walk or a short tuk tuk ride (we drive our own vehicle). Le personnel est super sympa, les deux piscines et le grand jardin parfaits. La vue sur la rivière superbe. La chambre que nous avions (une des moins chères) était tout à fait convenable malgré l’absence de placard et quelques petits mal fonctionnements (pas bien gravés) — on a passé beaucoup de temps sur la petite terrasse devant la. Hombre. Un peu loin du centre (ce que nous savions) donc nous avons loué des vélos en ville (aucun des vélos de l’hôtel n’était en état). On a pris un lunch sur place: délicieux! Un peu désuet, mais bon rapport qualité prix. They are in a passage way so you have to keep your drapes closed at all times. Photos of the rooms were not the same as reality. Hotel was full so we had to stay in room 9 for several nights before we could transfer to a pleasant room. Price was reduced but still 20$ per night more, at this price point I would have looked at other hotels. Lovely setting along the river, amazing sunsets.
