"Going away was a last minute decision and we weren't warned by hotels.com that the key was to be picked up elsewhere, so we spent nearly and hour getting into our room. Not pleased after a 3 hour drive. My first impression of the room was it looked like 3 children had been jumping on the bed. The place mats were just chucked underneath the table.
