"Was transferred to the birchfield hotel was charged for early check-in room was basic also was woken up by smoke alarm staff dont know what they are doing no toiletries in the bathroom only handsoap not replenishing toilet rolls or tea and coffee room was not very clean no lock on the toilet door and shower was blocked. Television kept going off because lack of wifi. Walls and cupboards are dirty. Member of staff woke us up because he couldn't get into next door bedroom to clean because he had the wrong key so he had to come through our bedroom and onto the balcony to access next door. Overall it has been the worse hotel we have stayed in."
