"Family room was huge. Very clean with new private bathroom. Aircon was great. More than enough storage space for baggage. Easy on site parking. Easy to check in and out. Bistro at hotel looked fabulous but unfortunately didn't get to eat at the venue as restaurant completely booked out and hotel was packed. Will make sure to book at the bistro next time because we will definitely be back. I couldn't fault anything about the stay. Most definitely recommend. "

"Our stay was wonderful, they have complementary breakfast (milk, juice. bread, cereals and yoghurt) bathrooms were slightly squishy but great pressure and hot water. Friendly staff and really accommodating. "

"Thornton is a lovely location. We stayed in The Arnott room which I would call a suite - lounge, bedding etc. the room is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, mugs, saucers for two people. Bathroom is spacious. Free wifi was good. Would stay again. "

"Loved the staff friendly welcoming and helpful. Loooovvved the bed soooo comfortable. The room was warm despite the temp outside being below 8 degrees so didn't need the air con at all. I could have stayed under the shower's hot, hot, I mean HOT water but am conscious of saving water not wasting it. Being just off a main road it gave easy access to where I needed to go. This is not the flashest hotel/motel I've ever stayed in but it was well looked after and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Maitland area."
