"Being a budget room I expected it to be rundown, but the room was dirty. Reception justified it because it's a budget room, but cleanliness should be a given... Also didn't feel safe, there were a lot of rough people living there screaming and swearing in the middle of the night in the hallways. Not suitable for a family with young kids."
