"I stood in this place for only one night. It's very beautiful, a new hotel in a beautiful small humble town, surrounded by nature. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms does not have AC but I kept balcony door open a bit and the room was very cool all night. It has only 2 floors, and staff helped me with luggage, since this is a boutique hotel, it doesn't has elevators. I definitely felt safe and taken cared of. I highly recommend this place. "

"I think this is a great place to stay when visiting Armenia and the surrounding areas. The location is perfect and can be a home base when traveling to surrounding towns and attractions. It is on a pedestrian-only street so there is no noise from traffic. It can get loud on the street on the weekend so request a room at the back of the hotel. "The rooms are clean, though the area is very humid and rooms felt damp. The complimentary breakfast is quite good, typical Colombian food, hot chocolate or coffee. The view from points around the hotel property are spectacular. The hotels outside of Salento appear better than this inn town and the property is only a short drive from town. The staff is very helpful and friendly."
