"There was less than a quarter bag of toilet paper when we arrived . Everything felt damp. It’s obvious that owner tried to make everything clean but the property is just old. Check in process was less than desirable. If it weren’t because the owner just happed to drop in we wouldn’t know how to get in to the lobby. Check out was easy. We just had to drop the key in the basket."

"This place was very hard to find. The Google name should be Flower Homestay not Ikegame. We used that name and were directed to a very remote place. Fortunately we were stopped by a local who kindly helped us to get an Uber. As it turned out, this place is very close to the train station. It has no elevator so be prepared. Our sink also was stopped but the proprietor was not on premises to fix it. The positive is free bikes to use. The bike trail were wonderful. Bentos near the bus station were...

"Auch wir hatten die etwas dürftigen Bewertungen im Vorfeld gelesen. Die Zimmer und das Hotel an sich sind durchaus schon in die Jahre gekommen. An sich war das Zimmer aber sehr sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Einzig der Reinigungsgeruch war ziemlich stark wodurch wir eine Zeit lang lüften mussten. "This is a nice and simple place to stay while exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Note that nothing, apart from soap, shampoo, bottled water, a fridge and a kettle, is provided - bring your own towels, cups etc (large paper towels provided if needed). The hosts are very friendly. Most importantly, the address on hotels.com is wrong or Google maps gets confused - search maps for 鄉村民宿, which is 2, Alley 4, Lane 23, Section 1, Wenquan Road, Ruisui Township,...
