"It was good value for money, especially for a 1 night stay. The room was fairly small and decor was functional. The bathroom was well equipped. Staying after a hot day we found that the windows did not open far and the small desk fan was inadequate. As rooms do not have a/c they really need a floor standing fan with a fast speed."

"Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
